Burst is a creator management agency. We represent high-audience streamers and build brand activations that deserve their community's attention. We work from Paris and Dubaï with a deliberately small roster: every creator has a dedicated contact.
Management sits between the creator and everything else: the moderation team, operators, brands, service providers. Every operational decision goes through it — and it is the only number to call when something goes wrong.
In practice, neither the creator nor the brand has to chase three different contacts. A brief comes in, a solution comes out: scoping, delivery, follow-up and reporting included.
Affiliate links and operator relations
Negotiating deals, setting up links, checking tracking, monitoring performance and monthly reporting. A broken or misattributed link is spotted immediately.
Moderation team
Recruiting, training and coordinating moderators — both live chat and Discord. Written rules, defined shifts, a clear escalation path when something happens.

Full server design: channel structure, roles and permissions, onboarding flow, verification, anti-raid and automations. Or taking over an existing server.
